My OS is XP Prof. I use Windows Media Player (WMP) for video and audio functions. I use Sony headphones connected via a USB port in my Dell computer. Suddenly I have lost the audio function. Video is OK...but there is no sound when viewing stories or listening to music. I have checked the USB connection and that is OK. The WMP volume indicators are at normal sound levels...but there is no sound. Anybody have a solution? Thanks, Liam.
