My grand daughter called this morning She installed the Epson CX6600 printer that I gave her for Christmas. Now her PC won't finish booting up, stops at the splash screen. She has an E machine running WIN XP PRO. What does she need to do to eradicate the printer and get the pc to boot?

Hi Janis (did you know you're spelling your name wrong :tazz: )

tap f8 while the computer is booting, about once a second.

It will bring up a text menu

Choose SAFE MODE

Load (it will take longer in safe mode)

Go to add/remove control panel, uninstall everything to do with EPSON
