Recently I stuck a bent floppy into my computer and tried to retrieve it using a wire hanger. <_< I ended up using tweezers and it still works. But now, if I stick a floppy in my A-drive it says "Not formatted." I have a diskette that I have been using for the past month and I can't erase all the important stuff on it. Please someone help me with this dilemma. :D

If you have any advice please email me like right now!!!!!! and thanks! :D

Bad news. You've probably damaged your floppy drive and need to replace it.

Good news. They're only about $10, and easy to replace. Just take note of the cable orientation, and be sure the power is turned off <_< .
