I have not had a computer in my home hooked to internet in about 3 years. Things have changed alot, and hardly anything free is really free anymore! I had no antivirus on my computer and never was infected as I knew what to look for, however with this spyware, reckon I will need some help. Anything anyone feels I should be aware of or have some knowledge of would be appreciated. Am finding websites and information as I see things on my computer.

Question: is there any music downloading software that does not have spyware attached to it? looking for free things at the moment, but if nothing free without spyware, then willing to pay for it....

thanks
