hosting error (PLEASE HELP!)

sup guys, i'm been looking for a webhoster that has at least 20MB of space, includes directories, allows php files and jscript files. Allows images and (optional) that can upload a whole folder not just one file by one. I already tried 5 webhosters and the first one didn't allow jscripts, the second one didn't allow php files and the third didn't allow php files and yea basically all the ones i've tried dun allow php so please help me and it has to be free too, i dun wanna pay until i'm sure it's a good website.
