HELP!!!!

I bought a couple of games and can't seem to install them. The CD drive doesn't seem to be reading the CD. All other games (already installed work ok). Even when I try to open the folders on the disc in MY Computer, it doesn't let me in.

I have all requirements for installation, but I don't know so much about computers.

If anyone can help then please do!

Paul.

when you access the cd drive in my computer...does it let you browse the cd..but not allow the install? or does it not even let you browse the cd? are you having problems with any other cds?

It doesn't even let me browse the CD. It reads CDs of already installed games. I know it isn't the CD at fault as I already swapped it at the shop AND tried another new seperate game.
Strange.

Maybe its a dvd rather than a cd and your player cant read it.
