HELP!!!!

I bought a couple of games and can't seem to install them. The CD drive doesn't seem to be reading the CD. All other games (already installed work ok). Even when I try to open the folders on the disc in MY Computer, it doesn't let me in.

I have all requirements for installation, but I don't know so much about computers.

If anyone can help then please do!

Paul.

It doesn't even let me browse the CD. It reads CDs of already installed games. I know it isn't the CD at fault as I already swapped it at the shop AND tried another new seperate game.
Strange.
