This just started a few days ago, but whenver I click on a hyperlink within an e-mail, outlook express locks up , and I have to go to task manager to shut it down. Never had the problem before, run norton antivirus and spy software. Hopefully somone can help! Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem...with me, it's anything that opens up a new window. So, hyperlinks don't work. I"m running Windows XP with service pack 2, McAfee antivirus and run Spybot regularly. I've tried to get Adaware in the last few days, but the "download now" link won't get me there because of this problem. I've tried "control" and click on the hyperlink as a friend suggested, but that doesn't work. Can anyone help?
