Hi, me again, I have had a problem for a while and now i need it and it's still not working and can't fix it.

My CDROM on my LAPTOP shows up on my drive list as D: but when i put a CD in it won't autoplay and it won't explore the CD when i open the drive folder!

I tried going My Computer > Properties > Device manager > CD DRive and uninstalling it and restarting but it still will not load anything. I don't get it :tazz:

Addition,

I forgot to add what it was, SONY DVD+RW DW-R56A.

I have gone to the dell website (it's a dell inspirion 1150) and downloaded the driver to flash the drive and still nothing.
