These are the only 250 gig ones I found:

I'm not sure if they are SATA2 or not, newegg doesnt have a sort by SATA2 option..

One of them is 3.0 gb/s but it has 8mb cache and is oem. The oem doesnt come with any cables.

8mb cache is good enough but you might want to look at the 16mb cache harddrives.
