HELP with installing games

HELP me please!

I bought two new pc games. I have tried to install them but it's not working. It's like the CD drive isn't reading the disc. When I go through MY Computer and try to open the CD, it won't give me anything.
However, it will read CDs of games I've already installed.

Help please.
