Is it possible to chat via command prompt? i'm just curious, i've seen it numerous times in movies and wondered if they're somehow networked or something. If so, what's the commands and variables?

if they aren't on a local network with you the netsend command won't work....for any dos based communications...the computers have to be networked in some way shape or form
