Hey, I've noticed latley that my computer is running pretty slow if I leave it on over night, and I look in the task manager to see what is maybe using the most ram or cpu and I Always notice that the SYSTEM IDLE PROCESS is constantly using 95 to 99 of my CPU. What does this do and is there a way to fix it?

Description:
the System Idle Process is not a process, more a counter which is displayed in WinTasks used for measuring how much idle time the CPU is having at any particular time. This counter will display how much CPU Resources, as a percentage are 'idle' and available for use.
