My computer is generally, unnaturally slow. I can't use the pc-Docter, it freezes everytime, When I go to the add/remove windows components, i get a message saying "setup library desk.cpl could not be loaded, or function DisplayOcSetupProc could no tbe found. I have no idea what that means. The specific error code is 0x7e. Then when I press enter, it says the application could not be initialized.

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD.
