After getting rid of the spyware and viruses things aren't looking good. When I reboot a box comes up titled reboot helper asking for my reboot cd. What is that? My background screen is blue, I can't open Word and things are very slow and seem to be getting slower?? Also I can't send any e-mails only receive.

I appreciate any help.
