which processor will be better?

or
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Socket 939 2.0GHz CPU, L2 512K x 2, Manchester Core, ADA3800BVBOX

There both good processors. Dual core is better for what the future holds and it would last longer. 2 cores is better than 1 core and games have just started taking advantage of the other core. I think there is a few bugs in certain games with dual cores but nothing that patches cant fix. I would get the dual core since you have enough.

Yes they come with a fan in the box for the cpu.
