hi i want to run a live cd on my new ibook g4 running tiger.
i was wondering how do access the bios. meaning what key/s do i hold down upon boot
or whatever

ive asked this a few place and no replies
can i boot from the cd drive on an ibook?
it would help alot even if its a stupid question if i got an awnser
but maybe alot people just dont know the awnser

all i know is that i want to run troppix live on my ibook

To boot from cd on an ibook: all you have to do is hold the "c" key for a few seconds when your computer boots, when you see troppix starting to load you can release the key. have the cd in the drive prior to startup. use paper clip if necessary.
