this might be an isp issue. Have you tried contacting your old isp?

In WIN XP PRO - you can change the part of the IE browser title that comes after the provided by.
execute gpedit.msc from the Run window
under User Configuration - expand Windows Settings
then expand: Internet Explorer Maintenance
then highlight: Browser User Interface
then on the right side double click on: Browser Title
click on the box in front of Customize Title Bars to put a check in it
in the box - type whatever you want to come after provided by:
click ok
close the group policy window
This should change the browser title bar, but I am not sure if something esle might override it. But the above works for me.
(Note: you can also use regedit to edit the registry entry directly - but that is probably not the best thing to do)
