Help!! my other computer has some programs embedded on it that causes my cpu usage to go to 100% whenever I try to start aol. Thus shutting me down. I believe the 2 "programs" are called "ffisearch" and "desktop". The only spyware program I have on that computer is the aol spyware program. Of course I can't get on-line now via aol to try and download some other program such as ad-aware. Any suggestions on how to delete these programs would be greatly appreciated.

Why is it that whenever I go through "Internet Explorer" to do something on-line I get all sorts of viruses and spyware????
