Is there a top and bottom to the ram cards(I have vertical dimm slots)
I have put them in before but I want to be 100% sure I do it right.

yes there is. on a standard 184 pin stick, one side is longer than the other.

if you look at the side that goes into the board..there will be a small gap..make sure that gap lines up with the little...uh..what would you call it... i guess..bump on the board.
