hi
for some unknown reason my printer has unistalled iself and when i try to install itself it installs its scanner etc, but when it gets round to installing the printer itself it has an error and does not finish its installation. every time it does this and also i have uninstalled it plenty of times, if you can please help

i was thinking if there is a software like driver cleaner pro for printers which would be helpful
