Installed canon i9900 printer (USB) on xp home sp2 and all updates installed. Error message when Found New Hardware locates and installs printer driver: "The system cannot find the file specified." The printer and drive appear to work fine except the Found New Hardware can't be cancelled unless printer is turned off. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times and changed USB ports. Canon says its a problem with a BIN file, and to go to MS support for a hot fix. No hot fix is found. Does anyone know this problem and its fix? :tazz:
