Where can I down load the older Windows Media Encoder for Win 98

The newer version 9 will not work on W98 and I have looked and looked but I cannot find a place to down load it. When I do find a place and click down load it always takes me to a page that does not exists.

Can someone help me or e-mail me the setup file!
