When i load up my pc it says cli.exe failed to initialize. Anyone know why?

It didn't work it comes up with the same message the error code is (0xc0000005). Anyone know why?

Have you tried installing that as you have said you haved and then re-installing the CCC ie readeon 5.13

ive fixed it now. Thanks anyway I think it was a virus stoping it from running
