So how does it look? I was wondering about this line since I hardly ever use Excel and "export" is spelled wrong:

Thanks for posting the additional info regarding the recycle folder. I checked it after running the 4 repair programs and there was nothing there to fix. They're gone!!!! Ad aware came up clean as did CWShredder.

Hope this is the end. How do I prevent this issue in the future??

A sincere thank you for being there and all your help. My internet pages are snapping open and shut...what a pleasure! I told all my work colleagues about you folks if they have any problems at home.

Will definitely install a new brower. Haven't tried Firefox, but I will now. IE is just too vulnerable for me. Will apply your suggestion. Just downloaded Spyblaster yesterday.

Where do I find Sun's java? Do I have to uninstall Microsoft's java machine?
