Back up the data you need then use boot and nuke to wipe the drive, use the highest number (longest and more comprehensive wipe) available, possibly 8 hours for this. Then when you install, choose the long NTFS format, not quick and check it is creating a RAW1 partition on C. If the drive letter is any different, press the reset button to restart set up, delete the partition it started to create and it will the create the partition on C
