Hello, I am running Windows XP and have a problem just after boot up. After clicking on my identity and loading my settings the message 'Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close'. I have used system :tazz: restore going back to before the problem started (I think) but this has not repaired the fault. I don't really want to go back any further at this point as it will mean reinstalling several programs. I can't solve this one can you help?
