Error updating

When I go to the microsoft update page. I hit the install new updates it produces this error Error number: 0x8007043B anyone know what that means? I recently had 2 use the recovery disk on my computer and am trying to get it back to working 100% Also it seems like when I start up my computer it takes longer for windows to load. Some other small errors are happening also, which I think will be solved when it allows me to update. Thank you for any help.
