This just started happening in the past week. The first time was when my daughter was playing a game. Usually if the computer gets stuck I can hit ctl., alt., del. and bring up my processes and just end the ones not responding. Well I could not and can not do that now when this happens. I have to shut off power to pc and restart that way. So I decided to run my virus and spyware and see what came up, well it won't let me do a full scan it will freeze at some point before any scan gets done. Seems fine most of the time, but soon as I run a scan, and a few times in Java, it freezes. I have no idea what to do next, I feel helpless now that I can not even scan my computer. Also I restored my computer to before Christmas the 23rd I think and updated everything when I was done restoring. Tried again to scan and boom, it did it again. Please if you have any suggestions for me I would appreciate it. :tazz: Thanks. ~Kelly
