Open media player, click tools, options, performance, click advanced by video acceleration to see what the settings for full screen mode switch

Check video acceleration is set to full

See what results you get with other media players

Can you re-install the video adapter drivers, or look for updated ones

Download and install Everest Home Edition

Run the programme, click + next to computer then summary

Look on right for display / video adapter

Look at the manufacturer’s site for the suitable drivers for your Operating System

If you are unable to find them, please post the make and model here before you download anything

Please set a system restore point before you install anything

If that is not it, I will post it for the Trusted Tech's to look at

hi. i can't find the driver for my model from my manufacturer's website. the details are: Video Adapter> NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200 (128MB).

Note that under the Computer>Summary>Display, there are 2 Video Adapters listed, with the same details as above.

Thanks.

"Download Accelerator" utilities should be disabled when downloading any drivers.

Do not run virus protection software in the background while installing the drivers. This prevents the driver from configuring itself properly.

Remember to create a restore point first

Before installing new drivers make sure you uninstall all NVIDIA display drivers from the Windows Control Panel. Browse to the Start Menu > Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and search for "NVIDIA Windows Display Drivers" or "NVIDIA Display Drivers" and select remove.
