I was sent the following link from my security centre telling me that someone was accessing my computer

C:\Documents and Settings\Gavin Johnston\Desktop\Security Center.htm

I regularly delete cookies, but could they still be able to get my credit card details from stuff I bought?

Regards

Hey Glavin, Welcome to Geeks To Go!!!
Please go ahead and post in the malware forum and get them to clear up and malware issues that you may have. i am not just trying to pass you off, i just suspect this popup is an affect of malware. and to awser your question about can they still get your information, yes is the awser. it is good that you delete cookies although not all cookies are bad, some are. A virus none as Bloodhound has been known to infiltrate a system using a cookie. hope this helps if you have any more questions about security please post back in this tread, if you have any other questions not related to this please post another topic in the proper forum. Thank you.
