Hello!!!
First of all , I've found out from another free scan sight that I had this virus ....although AVG couldn't find it although I've updated and scanned regularly.I still couldn't get it removed from the other site either. I couldn't find a lot of it while browsing.........called myself removing the parts I could find.......I've tried just about everything else. You guys are supposed to be the best.........can you help me remove it?

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure.

HijackThis is current; running from a temporary folder Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
