For some reason every time I try to download a file the download window appears as normal but when I go to click on "Save" or "Run" nothing happens. The button is being clicked but nothing works except "Cancel". How can I fix this??

Thanks.

Hey,

Ok, few questions before we do anything...

1. Are you using Internet Explorer?
2. Have you tried downloading things with another browser and if so, does it work?

I have America Online 9.0 SE. THe downloading does not work in there or my Internet Explorer. The button on the download window appears to be getting clicked but nothing happens.

Hope that helps, thanks.

please download and run hijackthis...post an attachment to your next port. I am not looking for malware, and if some exists, I will redirect you to the malware forum.

I want to see what programs you have running that could interrupt downloads.

Remember ATTACH, not post
