I have HP games on my computer. Every time I play a game, the shortcut to the games becomes disabled and I get a message that says "cannot find the program onplay.exe". I have to then run a system restore to get my computer back to the way it was. Does anyone know how I can resolve this or what the problem is?

Try deleting or replacing the shortcut with another one. And also instead of going through all the trouble of restoring your computer right click and go to the properties of the shortcut and make sure that the target of the shortcut is correct. I f this doesn't work then the onplay.exe has been moved or deleted, therefore you should eitheir reinstall the program or just copy and paste a new onplay.exe.

I'm a computer infant. How would I copy and paste Onplay.exe to get some of the games to play? I have Windows Vista Basic on a Toshiba laptop. Please help-all this work and no play is making me dull!
Thank you in advance
