This is happening on a regular basis, often when I either try to send/receive files on MSN Messenger or when I attempt to empty the recycle bin, as silly as it sounds.

update the drivers for your video card...just go to the manufacturer's website and download the latest drivers and install them

sort of...you'd get a more trustworthy driver from the actual manufacturer of the card...
