personaly I am an advocate of if you want it done right, do it your self. this being said i direct you to two places

http://www.w3school.com
http://www.php.net

php is the easiest war of acheiin hat you are looking for and it is quite simple to set up the system although you will also need a database so i would also recoment checking out

http://dev.mysql.com...1/en/index.html

good luck and if you have any questions about that post it here.

as for premade shoutbox/ members system I am not aware of were you could find one so for more help with a premade if you atempt to o that route

are you paying for it or you making a site with the free one if you are uing the paid 1 its simple but if ur using the free 1 the only help i can give you is that you make a site with dreamweaver and all of the code that you have done in dreamweaver copy and maste it into the html part of the freebs part on your free webs account when your on your free webs account and your making there site thers optins to make a shout box and that but there a bit that says add html or something like that mate and try and copy all of your code there if you dont get know luck or get stuck reply back to me and i will register and hav allok properly to give you directios but at the moment i am just tihnking outof my head becaus ei was using it once

Best of Luck Mate

Host on funpic, read a tutorial about mySQL DB's, cookies, and sessions, because you will need all of those.
