Adding Notepad to IE toolbar

Hope this is in the right place.

I used to have notepad on my toolbar and it was pretty handy. I had a new HD installed and when Windows XP was reinstalled, I now have Word on my toolbar.

Is there a way to install notepad or wordpad in the toolbar instead of Word. I found notepad really handy in the toolbar to copy addy's or to cut & pase bits of articles.

you can do it in Windows XP Professional fairly easily by using Windows Group Policy.
