Hi there, I am an avid fan of text based games. I have two of them from www.greydogsoftware.com, namely Total Pro Basketball and Total Extreme Warfare. Lately, I cannot play these games as I get an error when I attempt to start them. If it is the very first thing I do (i.e as soon as I see the desktop I launch the game) it works. If I wait even 15 seconds after launch, I get the error. I have tried to get help at their forums, but to no avail. I was hoping someone here could help. Here are my system specs-

When I click on the game, I get the "TEW Has Encountered a problem etc." message. The error code is as follows-
AppName: tew2005.exe AppVer: ModName: tew2005.exe

Any help would be appreciated. I thought it was a memory problem, but I have exhausted my knowledge of how to manage memory.
