I am struggling to find a forum that shows/tells me how to remove the CD-RW DVD ROM drive so i can place a new DVD+/-RW.

i just dont know how to take it out

please can someone tell me how to do it, or to forward me a site that can help me

Ok easy enough unplug system and pull out your battery flip system upside down with the front towards you, bottom right hand corner you should see a small rectangular door, to the left there will be a screw generally marked "O" take that out, now above that screw there should be a door with a screw marked "M" take that off now in that space at the bottom below both memory modules there will be a slide latch, slide to right and drive should pop out pull out slide new drive in and revers steps to install.
