i dont see this now either, do i open up the pc while its running to check?


No.. shut it down, open the case and make sure you grab the metal frame before venturing to touch anything inside!!

she told me to open it up right there, but i have to many thingso n my pc and no space to jus pile them all down, i just may buy a new one, :\she says that CD u showed me does support XP but its not tested on my unit
