Please go here:

Malware Removal Guide

Run all the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This Log in a new topic in the Malware Forum

For the purpose of accurate malware analysis, Hijack This Logs are only dealt with in the Malware Forum. Posting them anywhere else will result in a delayed response

If you are unable to run any of the programmes, ask for advice in the Malware Forum

When you click malware removal guide it takes you to a list of programmes, spyware cleaners etc to run, then you can post a Hijack This Log in our malware forum as advised in the list.

I put about asking them if you have problems as you mentioned not being able to use the hard drive

Hope it goes well

oh.. im sorry i did'nt get what u mean...

i dont have such programmes in my pc...
and i cant download any of those in our home cause
we dont have internet connection as of now...

i plan to format my pc later and install a new OS..
if i will burn my files in a cd,
is there a possibility that the virus will
also be saved in that cd?
or is there an assurance that when i opened that cd
the virus will not infect my newly format pc again?

thanks Keith!!!

I would use an internet enabled PC to download those programmes to, then burn them to disc and run them from that on your PC. None of the programmes are large so a friend should do this for you in under half an hour, that's with going to the different sites

Viruses can hide anywhere and there is a chance you could copy one with the other files
