Ok, I am not computer savvy at all. But I know that I am infected. I got this from a mystery shopping company and now I am trying to rid myself of it. The problem is, I cannot download anything on my computer so that I can get rid of it. It says that the computer doesn't allow it or something like that, from the worm of course, but now, how do I find it, fix it, get rid of it. Whatever I need to do. PLEASE HELP!

I would love to post my logs for you all to help me, but I cannot. I can't get ANYTHING to download. I did a run thing and typed in msconfig and I found the calc32.exe file running on start up, so I made it so it wouldn't run on start up, but everything is STILL messed up and I cannot locate it in any files on my computer. PLEEEEASE! Begging here to figure this out!

Thanx so much!!!
