Crashing to restart

Chian Tech mother board socket A
AMD 2600 2.1 ghz
Corsair 1GB ( 2x 512 ) RAM DDR400 (pc3200)
Samsung 80GB harddrive
Radedon 9600 series 256MB Video card
Light on I.T. cd drive
I put windows xp pro OS on it and it crashes to restart all the time,
I installed all the drivers and windows update but it still does it.
I think it is hardware, so how would I check it.What do I do?
HELP
