I tried to do system restore and it won't let me. I think that I am just full of malware and I want to get my machine back to the basics and then find a good antispy and virus program. It seems like every time I DL a new antispy or antivirus it finds things that the one before didn't. I just want to clean out my machine back to factory settings, but it didn't come with a reformat disk. How do I do it (FREE)?

Thanks for posting back and letting us and dsenette know his suggestions worked for you. It means a lot to us to know that people get their problems resolved satisfactorily, and we appreciate knowing what helps. To prevent yourself from getting into this situation again, you may want to read Tony Klein's "How did I get Infected in the First Place?"
