Call of Duty Crashes on huntgen screen

I've been playing COD for several days. I've had no problem until I reached the huntgen screen. Once I start moving the system crashes to the desktop. I've done the 1.5 patch, checked all the drivers. I can go back and play up to this screen again with no problems. Can start a new game with no problems. It is like the game is running out of video scenes to play when it crashes. Here is my dxdiag. Any ideas?
