Sometime ago a mystery Icon showed up on my desktop. I am not certain if I should sent it to my trash, leave it on the desktop or send it somewhere else. I would like to remove it from my desktop.
The name of the icon is "Q3.DIR".

Thanks for all suggestions,
Tennistm

Change your backup target?

If you are talkiing about Q3.DIR, Quicken doesn't think it belongs on your desktop, it thinks it belongs in the folder you "Start In"; just alter the properties of your Quicken desktop icon to "Start In" a folder other than the desktop (other than blank); your Quicken data folder would be one choice.
