Hi,

Local Area Connection
LAN or High Speed Internet

Network Cable Unplugged

Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI
Fast Ethernet NIC

Is that a Router ^.^?

Plus when I try and forward a Port It keeps saying Page cannot be Displayed.

Please Help!!

Are you connected to a router and then the router connects to the modem? Or are you directly connected to the modem? If you do have a router, please list the make and model of it so we can better diagnose the situation. ;)
