I changed my ram timings from 2.5-2-2-7 to 2.5-2-2-5 and songs have started skipping for some reason. Is it possible this is because of the change in ram timings or something else ? It's nothing to do with the songs cause before it never used to happen and also just after the change in timings i didn't experience this problem. Anyone know what is up ?

I would say that it is almost certainly to do with the ram timings, yes.
I strongly suggest you set the timings back to their original (default) values otherwise your system is likely to become unstable.
