Hello geeks... :)

I have a problem that ive never experienced before...
Ill try to explain in the best way i can but bare with me im from sweden..

It all started yesterday when i turned on my computer.. it only got to
the point were you see the windows logo and stayed there...

After trying to restart a couple of times i tried "fail-safe" mode but still
i was getting nowhere.. so i restarted yet again but this time tapping
F8. A screen came up where i had a few more options, one of them
being some kind of mode which i dont know how to translate into english
ehh.. it says that the mode is only for window controllers.. catalouge..something
(there was 3 failsafe options , 1 VGA-mode??, and the one i picked)
It was probably a bad idea to do so but i was pretty much panicking...

Anyway.. i chose that mode and finally i was getting somewhere atleast..
The computer started scanning the c: and d: drive ( just like the way it does when
the power goes out and you restart for example.. if you know what i mean)

When Windows finally started up i saw that the desktop looked different it was
the typical default setting and pretty much every icon was gone..

My e-mail account (outlook express) was gone and i had to enter the
password and username for it again (like the one you get when you first buy
your computer) but it didnt accept the password i entered for some reason..

So to make sure i was typing it right i opened a program where i could see
what i was typing instead of **** and i was pretty much shocked when
i discovered that when i for example hit the E-key a 3 showed or the Q-key a B
showed!!! ( some keys worked though)

During this whole time i was able to access the Internet so i logged on to geekstogo to see
if you guys could help me , but i wasnt able to open an account due to my problem
with the keys...

To solve this i had to re-boot in failsafe mode with network connection
and now the keys worked and im now typing this in failsafe mode....

I hope i make any sense at all and that you can help me...
Im probably a bit unclear in my explanations so just ask me and
ill try to answer.

Maybe i should also mention that ive been on the internet without a virusprogram
for a couple of weeks... idiot me :tazz:

I thought id add my hijackthis log too just in case:
