PLEASE HELP all exe files changed to ink files

I have windows XP. When my computer started up it was showing about ten messages from Ad-Aware. They said that something was wrong and either I should accept it or block it. So I clicked block for all. Now all of my files have changed from .exe to .ink files. I can't open any .exe, .ink. bat, or .reg files. Please help me!!! I am confused, desperate and not very good with computers. :tazz:
