Bloodhound.W32.EP Please help remove!

Recently my comp. was infected by the bloodhound.W32.EP virus, and since my comp has run painfully slow, I've been getting major pop-ups, and Norton keeps telling me I have it, but they can't do anything about it. So, I figured I'd go here.I've done Norton, Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc., nothing helps, Norton just says it can't delete it. Can someone please help me out here, I'd be very much obliged!
